INTRODUCTION TO SHAKESPEARE with A Midsummer Night's Dream (Ages 8 - 12)

Directed by Calliope Weisman

Monday - Friday      10:00 am – Noon

Learn acting and stage fundamentals through a Shakespearean lens in an abridged production of the classic play.

BEGINNING PUPPETRY (Ages 9 - 16)

Monday - Friday      1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Develop and craft your own personal puppet and learn the basics of puppetry with professional puppeteer.

MONOLOGUES FOR KIDS  (Ages 9 - 16)

Monday - Friday     1:00 pm - 3:00 p.m.

Learn how to memorize, study, and perform a monologue... 

"What am I saying?" " Want does my character want?" "How do I GO FOR IT!" 

Each student will work independently on their own monologue.

* All monologues will be age appropriate

From Daggers to Disney: ADAPTING SHAKESPEARE to the Big Screen (Ages 13 - 17)

with Finn Kobler

Monday - Friday     3:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Learn screenwriting tips and fundamentals by examining classic movies based on the Bard's works (from The Lion King to West Side Story) and creating your own story for a Shakespearean film adaptation.

*Some of the films we watch may be rated PG-13.
